New festival announces huge inaugural lineup in Lansing, Michigan
marshmello, Migos, Machine Gun Kelly headline PRIME Music Festival

(Lansing, MI) - EDM’s most coveted masked act marshmello, will headline PRIME Music Festival, a first year festival in Lansing, Michigan, on September 15-16, 2017. Alongside the biggest name in Dance will be pop culture’s most influential trio Migos and 2017 Billboard Music Awards nominee Machine Gun Kelly.

The event is presented by the founders of Breakaway Music Festival, Prime Social Group, and Common Ground Music Festival, MiEntertainment Group. PRIME Music Festival - Michigan will be held at Adado Riverfront Park in downtown Lansing along the Grand River over the span of two days focusing on an urban aesthetic which will pair perfectly with the billing according to festival organizers. MiEntertainment Group has produced Common Ground Music Festival on this site since 2000, so attendees can expect the same top-notch production that they are used to from that great annual festival.

“PRIME Music Festival brings big name artists like Migos and Marshmello to the Midwest...but also some of the ‘next big things’ like rap sensation Playboi Carti and the new ‘Swerve House’ music hero JOYRYDE,” said Adam Lynn, managing partner of Prime Social Group. “It will be THE September event to attend in Michigan, for festival veterans as well as newcomers.”

PRIME Music Festival - Michigan will also include performances from Blackbear, Cheat Codes, JOYRYDE, Michael Christmas, Party Thieves, Playboi Carti, Prince Fox, Quinn XCII and Waka Flocka Flame.
