Flashbacks 1920's - 1940's Novelty Songs Of An Era Long Gone Bye. Reefer Songs. Donald Matthew Redman (July 29, 1900 -- November 30, 1964) was an American jazz musician, arranger, bandleader and composer. Redman was announced as a member of the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame on May 6, 2009.

Albert Wynn (May ?,1973 - July 29,1907) born in New Orleans, LA, U.S. - Trombonist - was the leader of Albert Wynn And His Gutbucket Fife, Albert Wynn And His Gutbucket Seven (They did, "Ice Cream" and "The World Is Waiting For The Sunrise") - Worked with The Bluebirds' Kids Band, The Jazz-O-Maniacs, Sam Wooding, The Gold Coast Jazz Band, Lil Armstrong and Punch Miller.

Charlie Christian is generally recognised as the person who popularised the electric guitar (although not the first) and who changed everyones thinking about how jazz could be played on it. As well as playing guitar for Benny Goodman, Charlie participated in after hours jam sessions with other musicians in places such as Mintons and Monroes in New York City.
