Do not underestimate the importance of completing your bio on all of the platforms that you use. Simply having a link to your music or other social networks is not enough to entice potential fans to check out what you have to offer.
People are bombarded with content daily and your link alone will not stand out to grab their attention and compel them take action.
Tell people who you are, what you like, and what you do. This allows them to determine if you share common interests and they may enjoy what you post.
On some platforms, what you put in your bio allows people to be able to discover you when they search key terms.
